  LIFE LESSON SEEK QUALITY: I cannot say enough to thank the owners and staff of Chile Media. Sensational work; the job they did for me was perfect! Before hiring Chile Media, I contacted other local printing vendors in the San Antonio area in search of the lowest price. As I waited for a reply, unfortunately, the clock was ticking and I needed the program booklets printed in time for an event on Sunday. I received a reply and sample print of the booklets from another vendor who could meet the deadline. However, after a review of the sample booklet, I discovered that the quality of the print was lacking. So, I continued to search. On the morning, of Wednesday, January 22, I contacted Chile Media. Professionalism: First, the owner of Chile Media, Abram Alonso, responded to my email inquiry. He was professional and he offered to help. Abram Alonso, is an expert in his field with an eye for perfection. Mr. Alonso personally reviewed my layout and upon review, I noted a few errors and, that some of the items were incomplete on my draft. “No worries,” Mr. Alonso said, “we can fix it and make your deadline.” No-fuss just success, the corrections were made by the technicians and a draft was sent to me for a review. I was of the opinion that all was well, but then I discovered a mistake I made on the page designation. Once again no-fuss just success; Mr. Alonso made the corrections and the program booklets were printed on time. Organizational Support: Most importantly, he worked within the budget of the organization and matched the other offers. Success: The program book was absolutely beautiful and delivered timely on Friday afternoon. In fact, the printing was beyond my expectations. The guest loved the program book. I loved the program book. Without reservation, Chile Media is the absolute best!!!!!!
