Getting started with dye sublimation is straightforward. A customer sends a high-resolution graphic, and we print it onto sublimation transfer paper before applying heat to bond the image into the product surface.

Unlike screen printing, dye sublimation does not use color separation. Image clarity matters more than the file type itself. Clean artwork produces clean results, especially when graphics are scaled to larger sizes.

We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, and vector artwork. Files must be high resolution to avoid pixelation. Vector files work especially well because they scale without losing sharpness.
