NCR forms, also known as No Carbon Required forms, were created by two chemists in 1953. The carbon copy was the thin sheet of paper coated with carbon, or another pigmented substance under a page you wrote on that was needed to transfer ink over to the second page. You would end up with ink on your fingertips and often messy invoices. Today, many businesses use NCR forms for various purposes, including requisitions, proposals, sales invoices, delivery documents, insurance forms, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
What Are the Benefits of NCR Forms?
NCR forms from Chile Media come in two-part, three-part, or four-part duplicates. We offer black and white and full-color NCR forms. Chile Media also provides various size options, including half sheets, full-sized sheets, and forms printed on legal-sized paper. We also produce custom size options with wrap-around covers or single sets with padding and glued edges.
Each copy of an NCR form comes in a different color to help distinguish it from the original. The first copy is typically white, while the other copies are pink, orange, and yellow. Chile Media uses high-quality and durable paper for all parts of our NCR forms, along with options for perforation and variable data printing for a polished and professional look.
